Swangz avenue musician Priscilla Zawedde alias Azawi has taken to social media platform X to express her dissatisfaction with President Museveni shutting down protestors. She told  him that she hopes it won’t be too late before he decides to listen to the problems of the youth in the country.

Azawi’s response comes a-day after Gen Museveni took to different media platforms to warn all the youths out there planning to walk to Parliament on the 23rd tomorrow to protest the massive corruption in the country and warned that  they are playing with fire.

According to the singer, President Museveni is arrogantly refusing to work on the issues affecting almost 78% of the population.  “You’ve arrogantly refused to work on the issues affecting almost 78% of this population, you’re even willing to hurt any “Nakasatwe” that expresses their dissatisfaction with tear gas and canes.

I hope it won’t be too late when you eventually decide to listen to us!!,”  Azawi posted. It should be noted that different celebrities have these days become very vocal when it comes to politics or things affecting the people of Uganda.

They no longer fear addressing President Museveni or any other politician when they refuse to do what they promised or what they are supposed to do for the people.
